How can I track My order?

You will receive an email with a tracking code once your physical product order has shipped. If you purchased custom music or choreography, you can email us at info@jumptwistmusic.com for updates. 

How Long Until I Receive My Order?

It depends on what you ordered! If you ordered beam or floor choreography, give us 3 to 5 weeks. If you you purchased a product such as a leotard, accessory, apparel, and more, you can expect your order in 10 days or less! 

How Much is Shipping?

We never charge shipping for anything! If you are receiving a shipping charge on your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix that :) 

I downloaded the wrong music length what do I do?

We are so sorry you ordered the wrong length! DO NOT CLICK THE DOWNLOAD LINK! As long as you don't open the download link, we can switch it for you. If you clicked the link (and we will know because it shows us your IP address), please contact us and we will send you an invoice at a discounted rate to purchase the song length you need. We understand this can be frustrating, but please review our refund policy for further clarification.

How long can I access my Music?

When you purchase music with us we give you a two year license to use it. You will have 2 years from the purchase date to download and access your music. After that, you will need to repurchase your music. 

How Do I Choose Music?

Think about the style of dance that you are best at. Then you can choose a genre of music that works with that dance style. It is important to not only choose a song you LOVE, but to make sure you choose age-appropriate music. The judges are looking for a connection between the gymnast and the music. If you can't find a song you love and need help, email us!

Why is some of the music sold out?

We obtain licenses for all of our music and need to keep track of when the license needs to be renewed. We also limit how many times we sell each song to prevent repetition of music at competitions. If you want to purchase a song that is sold out, let us know which state and level you are competing out of and if it isn’t over-sold, we can add the inventory for you (info@jumptwistmusic.com).

Which Length Music Do I Need?

First, you need to know the level of competition that you are competing in. There are maximum time restrictions for each level of competition. It is important that you do not use the maximum time as you will spend more time on the floor allowing for more deductions. This is advice from a level 10 rated judge (NAWGJ). Always choose music less than your maximum time. You can view the code of points for your level to find the time necessary.

What is Exclusive Music?

This is your chance to be the only gymnast in the world with your floor music. With our two-year exclusive license, you never have to share your floor music ever again. Shop our Exclusive Music Catalog to step into the Spotlight!

How Do I Download My Music?

Once your payment goes through, you will receive an email with an order number and a Download Link.

Computer Directions:

1. Open your email and click the click.
2. Click the Download Link.
3. A new window will open and a song will play. Click on the down arrow to start downloading your music to your computer. If you don't have the arrow, right-click and save file as.
4. Choose a destination on your computer or it will automatically go into your Downloads folder.

Phone/Device Directions:

If you are on a smart device, you can still download your music directly to your device using Drop Box.

1. Download the Drop Box App
2. Create or Log into your Drop Box Account
3. Check Your Email for your Order Confirmation and Download Link
4. Click the Link to open your Download
5. Click on Download in the new tab.
6. Music will start to play. To save the file on your phone and download directly to a drop box account, click the save button and choose dropbox folder. 
7. You can choose the folder you want to save it in within your dropbox account. 
8. Click Save. 
9. Your Music will now be in your Dropbox Folder. You can make your music available offline and when you are at competitions, you can put your device on "Do Not Disturb" 

Is Your Music Legal to Download?

YES! All of our music is fully licensed. If it is a recreation of a popular song, we have obtained and maintained the proper Mechanical Licenses which ensure the Publishers are getting paid for their work. We own the Master File or have rights to certain Master Files that we are selling. You never have to worry about illegal copyright infringements with Jumptwist's Music.

How Does Your Choreography Work?

When you place a choreography order with us, our choreographers get right to work! We create, perform, and teach the routine through a video that you will have access to within 3 - 5 weeks of your purchase date. You will be able to watch the routine in full speed and in Slow Motion to make sure you are moving to the music at the correct time.
